Brian Pinder (/HeHim)
Yoga Teacher
I began practicing yoga in 2009 to complement physical therapy for back and shoulder pain, and it has since transformed how I move through life—both physically and mentally. Inspired by the profound benefits of a consistent practice, I began teaching in 2022 with a passion for sharing the wisdom I’ve gained from my teachers.
In my classes, I emphasize alignment, breath awareness, and mindful transitions, helping students find their fullest expression of each pose. Beyond yoga, I also love music and both indoor and beach volleyball, which I’ve been coaching since 2017 for a youth program in Mt Laurel. I’m working towards hiking Mt. Kilimanjaro, spending a night in the Grand Canyon and then, I plan to try to take a nap on every beach on the planet.
