Service Description

Finding Balance in Breath and Movement Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that emphasizes holding poses for an extended period of time (often 3-5 minutes). This allows the connective tissues, such as ligaments and fascia, to lengthen and relax. Yin yoga is a great complement to high-intensity workouts because it helps to improve flexibility, reduce stress, and promote overall balance in the body. In this class, we will focus on deep breathing and mindful movement. We will hold a variety of yin poses, including seated twists, forward folds, and hip openers. As you hold each pose, you will be guided to focus on your breath and let go of any tension in your body. Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule , please send a message 24 hours in advance. If you cancel between 24 hours and 1 hour you will be charged 50% of the class price. If you cancel later than 1 hour before a session/no show you will be charged 100% of that price.
